How it works
🔍 Read
Agents like Claude read campaigns, budgets, performance and the audit log via POST /mcp. Reading is free; writing is impossible from MCP.
📝 Plan
Improvement plans are proposed from real metrics (wasteful spend → pause, healthy CPA → +20% budget). Every change is a structured plan with per-op verdicts (allow / require_approval / deny) and a stable plan hash.
🛡 Apply
Budget increases are capped at +30% per apply plus a daily ceiling — enforced in code. Dry-run by default, approval token required for spend increases, hash-idempotent so a retry can never double-spend, everything audited.
